They usually organise and promote events very early. I wonder is this some last minute kick-back to the cycling community to say "look, we do support you". I'm almost frightened to ask what the agenda is for organising this... When I Google 'Belfast Cyclethon', you are the only hit John. You'll have to claim a chunk of the marketing budget.
