I took a trip down to Chain Reaction’s warehouse showroom recently (it’s about 5 miles from my house) to get a look at a BeOne Storm 1.0 road bike. It’s an aluminium frame with a carbon fork, fitted with a Shimano 105 class drivetrain for a rather unbelievable sale price of a penny under £500.
They didn’t have one ready, but they’re building one up for me in the correct size with no obligation just so I can try it out. I say that’s impressive customer service. I hope to persuade the financial controller that it’s a bargain purchase not to be missed.

Try changing bottom bracket on a BeOne 600 miles from Chain Reaction warehouse (spare parts in the civilised world anywhere but Doagh???)
What’s the difficulty with the BeOne bottom brackets?
