Even so, I thought it would have been an obvious non-starter to anyone with any sort of clue, so I still wonder why it was added to the CAPS document at all. I think just about everyone got soaked on <a href="http://www.rainmiles.com/archives/lap-the-lough-2009-ride-report.html" rel="nofollow">Lap The Lough</a>!
